Theories that inform my work

The bodywork is attentive, slow and deep, and always toward the heart, increasing blood flow and helping you drop into a deep state of profound relaxation. My attention to this detail sets my work apart from most others in the field. Also, I have trained with a Rolfer in my advanced massage studies, which brings a level of complexity to my bodywork – the focus in a session is about lengthening and aligning your body, bringing you back into your skin.

Many men come to me with muscular problems: I am particularly skilled at diagnosis and treatment, and will help you get back to a place of movement and increased flexibility - on your feet again, pain free.

I believe equally in both self-determinism and pre-determinism, so that each client is in my life and on my table for a reason – we have something to teach each other. For me, it is about being a care-giver, about being in the moment with my client, watching the breath and riding the wave of intensity and sensation. I will remain authentically connected with you throughout your session.

Allow me to be your shaman and guide in the journey back into your body.
