About Me
I am a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) and specialize
in Sports, Deep Tissue, and Emotional Release Work. I
am a graduate of the Monterey Institute of Touch in Carmel, California,
and the Esalen
Institute in
Big Sur. My background is in Clinical Psychology at San Jose
State University, and I have also studied Metaphysics and
Breathwork in Santa Cruz, California.
I have a Masters degree in Somatic Psychotherapy
from the California
Institute of Integral Studies in San
Francisco and am currently furthering my study in Somatics
with Kitty Chelton of the Lomi Clinic in Santa Rosa.
In 1998, I was hired by the Monterey
County AIDS Project as Massage Coordinator and founded the Massage
Outreach Program, touching many folks challenged by HIV.
My work
has been featured in The Monterey County Herald, and POZ
Magazine, a national publication for healing those with
serious illnesses.
I have also worked with the Sacred Mountain
AIDS Foundation on their retreats in Santa Barbara, the San
Luis Obispo AIDS Support Network, AIDS Medicine & Miracles, and the Esalen
Institute, massaging folks with HIV.

Sensory Energetics Naked Yoga and
Movement – Naked Yoga, teaching men,
through movement and breath, how to open up the energy
channels in their hips to get the sexual energy moving,
